The Garden Club of the Upper Keys is a not-for-profit educational organization dedicated to promoting, developing and conserving the natural beauties of the Upper Keys. Our meetings, workshops, and special events provide education and information on the fun of gardening in the Keys. Membership is open to all who are or want to be Keys gardeners -- "green thumb" not required.

Bring your favorite appetizer, salad, main course, side dish or dessert. The BOD will take care of set up and beverages. We will have a Gift Exchange. Bring one, get one. Gift minimum is $10.00. Members will receive a ticket at the door in exchange for a wrapped gift. Feel free to dress for fun.
Our January 2020 program will be “Edible Landscaping in a Subtropical Climate” presented by Kathryn DePoo, a Key West native and member of the Key West Garden Club. She is a founding member of the GLEE Key West Community Garden and currently serves as garden chairperson.
Kathryn has assisted Key’s educators in exposing students to understanding where food comes from, how it is grown, and making healthy choices. Kathryn will share her passion of educating and encouraging local food gardeners. She plans to bring cuttings and starts to share with our gardening community.
